Q: Where does Alankritive ship?
A: We ship globally through trusted and reliable partners like DHL, DTDC and Delhivery.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders within India. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, there is a minimal charge of Rs 50.
Returns & Exchanges FAQs
Q: What is Alankritive’s return and exchange policy?
A: Since our handcrafted products involve days of effort by our artisans, we do not accept returns for products that match the quality, size, and details mentioned on our website but may not meet your personal preference. Once dispatched, delivery times depend on our courier partners, so please allow some patience for delays.
Q: What if the product arrives damaged or defective?
A: If there are defects or transit damages, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. We will accept an exchange for unused products. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process and ship your new order.
Q: How long does it take to process an exchange or refund?
A: Please allow 1–2 weeks from the date of your return request for your exchange to be processed. In case of refunds for damaged products, the amount will be refunded within 5–7 days after we receive the returned product.
Q: Are returns accepted for products bought from resellers or other platforms?
A: No, Alankritive does not accept returns or exchanges for products purchased through other entities such as distributors or retail partners.
Q: How should returned items be sent back?
A: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service since we can’t be responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping.
Q: What happens if a product is returned in unsuitable condition?
A: If an item is returned in a condition different from what was reported, we may send it back to you without issuing a refund or exchange. All items will be inspected upon return.
